To review which employees have elected for the mailed delivery option, you may run the W-2 Delivery Method Report within TRAXPayroll®. BambooHR will send an email notice to account administrators followed by an email notifying all employees that the final version of their tax document is available. If paperless is not selected, BambooHR will mail (if applicable or terminated) employee documents by the end of the month, January 31, 2022.
